Stenner peristaltic metering pumps offer precise injection of solutions for coagulation or flocculation.
Coagulation and Flocculation remove dirt and other particles suspended in water that typically cannot be filtered or settled out as sediment. Stenner pumps are often used for injecting liquid alum, ferric chloride, synthetic organic polymers and other chemicals for coagulation and flocculation of suspended particles. The tiny sticky particles known as "floc" can then be removed from water by filtration or sedimentation.
The S Series is designed to interface with process control and SCADA systems. The pump is built to NEMA 4X for demanding applications with practical functions for industrial, water and wastewater installations.
Select from a variety of pumps and systems.
Manufacturing plants, mills, processing facilities
The Classic series single head adjustable pump can be wired to a well pump pressure switch, circulation pump or control panel so that both pumps operate simultaneously for continuous injection.
- The S Series features scalable, invertible 4-20mA and other operational modes plus pump performance indicators to program for your specific application.
The Classic series single head pump is sold as a 7.5, 15 or 30 gallon Tank System.
The SVP series is a variable speed with manual or 4-20mA control option, making it ideal for industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment applications.
If a pump control circuit is unavailable or impractical, the Proportional Injection System mounts to the wall for timely installations and equipment accessibility. The system is activated by a dry contact water meter for repeatable dosages based on water volume regardless of the system's flow rate.
A proportional feed installation can be tailored to your specific application by purchasing separately, the PCM, plastic or stainless steel water meter and the Classic series single head fixed output pump.
