Stenner peristaltic metering pumps can contribute to crop growth and to equipment maintenance.

The growing and treatment of crops, plants, and turf require several additives to promote their health and growth. In addition, water quality is important to maintain clean sprinkler heads, product appearance, sanitary washing and to prevent unsightly red staining of sidewalks and plants. Stenner peristaltic pumps provide accurate and reliable metering to achieve maximum results for healthy crops, equipment maintenance and red water stain prevention.

Water reclamation and water reuse provide savings and conservation and may be necessary to comply with environmental regulations. Wastewater is cleaned with biological and chemical treatment for non-potable use such as watering. Stenner peristaltic pumps can reliably inject solutions to treat wastewater for reclaimed or recycled use.

Installation sites

Installation sites include agricultural farms, citrus groves, wineries, turf farms, and nurseries.

Select from a variety of Stenner products to fit the specific application:

  • The S Series is an advanced peristaltic metering pump to fine-tune the pump to fit your application. Select from several modes of operation to inject fertilizers or stain preventers. Program the pump for features such as tube leak detection, tube change timer or the transfer to a backup pump.

  • The Classic Single Head Adjustable Pump can inject directly into the water liner or can be activated by a pressure switch or controller.
  • Repeatable dosages based on water volume, regardless of the system flow rate, can be achieved with the Proportional Injection System which is pre-assembled for quick installations.

  • A proportional feed setup can be tailored to your specific application by purchasing separately the PCM, plastic or stainless steel water meter and the Classic Series single head fixed output pump.

  • The Econ FP is a compact flow activated pump that can accept a dry contact signal or a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal from any control equipment that responds to flow. Both the single head adjustable pump and the Econ FP are available as a Tank System that is shipped pre-assembled for fast installations.
