To pump petroleum based products, order a pump from the Classic Series, S Series S30 & S50 models, S420 Series S34 & S54 models or S Variable Series S3V & S5V models with a Versilon® pump tube. Confirm solution compatibility with the Chemical Resistance Guide before selecting the material. (Note: Not all pumps and tube sizes are available with Versilon® material).
Limited testing has shown that most Series have a suction lift of 25 ft (7.6 m) vertical, based on water. The Econ TD & Econ TD Battery have suction lift of 5 ft (1.5 m) vertical, based on water.
No, the outputs are the same when using 1/4″ or 3/8″. The 3/8″ size is generally recommended for injecting viscous solutions.

All pumps are shipped with the accessories for an initial pump installation and manual. A spare pump tube is also included with most models. For a complete listing for your pump, refer to the Installation and Maintenance Manual for your series found in Literature. Items such as plumbing or electrical materials and pipe fittings are not included and are the responsibility of a professional installer.

The rollers arms on the roller assembly are black and can collapse or expand.
No, the QuickPro® roller assembly can only be collapsed and expanded by using the QuickPro® tube housing cover. The QuickPro® pump head is included with Classic Series pumps manufactured after May 2011 and S Pump Line pumps with the S3 prefix. The QuickPro® pump head can be identified by the latches on each side of the pump head.

The pump tube and duckbill are wear parts and replacement is part of routine maintenance. Pressure, run time and the liquid injected are just some of the factors that can affect tube life. Replacing the tube and duckbill before they are worn out is preventative maintenance practice and is recommended by Stenner. The first time the pump tube is replaced is an indication of the approximate life of the tube in that particular application. It is very important to verify that the worn tube was due to normal wear and not an outside contributing factor that could have shortened the tube’s life. Stenner Pump Company offers a limited warranty and will for a period of one (1) or two (2) years from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required) repair or replace–at our discretion–all defective parts. Stenner is not responsible for any removal or installation costs. Pump tube assemblies and rubber components are considered perishable and are not covered in this warranty. Pump tube will be replaced each time a pump is in for service, unless otherwise specified. The cost of the pump tube replacement will be the responsibility of the customer. Stenner will incur shipping costs for warranty products shipped from our factory. Any tampering with major components, chemical damage, faulty wiring, weather conditions, water damage, power surges, or products not used with reasonable care and maintained in accordance with the instructions will void the warranty. Stenner limits its liability solely to the cost of the original product. We make no other warranty expressed or implied.
