He literally Called me back on FaceTime with a technician at his side to help diagnose the issue with my pump. After a quick diagnosis, Roosevelt then put together a parts package for me and suggested the companies that distribute for them. I chose Grainger I’m glad I did. The parts were here in two days. Could not be happier with the help I received from Roosevelt and the technician at Stenner Pump also Grainger for shipping.”
