Econ Vaccinator™ Series
Specifically designed to deliver 1 gallon over 6 hours, the Econ VaccinatorTM delivers a liquid oral vaccine directly into the water line. Unlike proportioners which require a water bypass which can restrict water flow. The direct injection provides accurate dosages to the entire herd and eliminates the need to pre-measure stock solutions resulting in reduced labor costs. The built-in timer automatically turns the pump off.
The peristaltic design is self-priming and can inject off gassing solutions without vapor lock or loss of prime. A foot valve is not required to prime, and the 3-point roller assembly assists with anti-siphoning. The output reproducibility provides reliable, accurate injection.
The patented quick release pump head offers simple tube replacement without tools. The pump has an on/off potentiometer with an enclosed housing for indoor and outdoor use. Optional mounting accessories are available.
