Econ Integrator™ Series
The Econ Integrator™ is a flow activated peristaltic pump with 3 modes of operation and a built-in repeater relay. The relay provides a dry contact output signal which replicates the same signal the pump receives. Multiple pumps can be activated by one dry contact pulse water meter.
The relay feature is especially useful in livestock or poultry operations where an existing dry contact water meter is being utilized to tally water consumption to a controller. The pump can be wired with the house controller and water meter so that the water consumption tally is uninterrupted. Water consumption has been proven as a key indicator for animal health.
The standby mode also allows tube replacement in the pump head without disconnecting power and/or the lead wires. The pump is adjustable from 10% – 100% in 1% increments and is adjusted by a digital keypad with a backlit LCD screen. The pump is suitable for indoor or outdoor use and available in 24VDC.
The Econ Integrator™ is available as a pre-assembled Meter System or Tank System.
The Meter System includes a dry contact 3/4″ or 1″ water meter and all components are mounted on a heavy duty panel.
The Tank System has a 7.5, 15 or 30 gallon capacity and is available in UV gray for outdoor installations or translucent white.
MODES of OPERATION
FLOW SWITCH: The pump will accept a dry (non-voltage) contact signal from a 2 wire flow switch and will run at the set speed for as long as it receives the dry contact. View programming video
AUXILIARY 12-24 VAC/VDC : The pump can accept a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal from a control valve or another type of flow responsive control equipment and will run at a set speed for as long as it receives the signal. View programming video
SECONDS: The pump can receive a dry (non-voltage) contact signal from a water meter or control valve and will run for a set time in response to receiving the signal. There are five operating time ranges and the maximum time is displayed in the control panel.
