Econ Integrator™ Meter Systems

Integrator™ Sys.

The meter system includes the Econ Integrator™ pump and a dry contact pulse water meter pre-mounted to a heavy duty wall mountable panel. The pump runs on electricity and is activated by the pulse rate of the water meter to accurately inject a fixed amount of chemical per volume of water.

Select a 3/4″ or 1″ plastic water meter with a choice of contact rates 1, 2, 4 or 10 pulses per gallon. A flow indicator is installed on the discharge line to confirm the solution is pumping. The junction box keeps wires neatly contained.

Quality water is proven to improve livestock and poultry production and health and it is vital for the maintenance of the water supply equipment. The Econ Integrator™ Meter System can inject common undiluted chemicals directly into the water line without harm to the pump for all the farm’s water treatment needs.

If an existing water meter is utilized to tally water consumption, an additional meter dedicated to chemical feed is not required.  The pump’s built-in repeater relay repeats the signal from the meter to the house controller to register water consumption. The pump can accurately inject or be placed in standby without interrupting the water meter signal.

Notice: The information within the charts above is solely intended for use as a guide. The output data is an approximation based on pumping water under a controlled testing environment. Many variables can affect the output of the pump. Stenner Pump Company recommends that all metering pumps undergo field calibration by means of analytical testing to confirm their outputs

Key Features

  • Pump operating times are digitally adjusted from 0.1 to 60 seconds in 1% increments.

  • The solutions are contained in the tube and in suction/discharge lines so they do not touch the moving parts in the pump.

  • Equipped with a safety lockout feature and a standby mode.

  • Standby mode allows tube replacement in the pump head without disconnecting the power and/or the lead wires

  • Econ Integrator™ is self-priming and doesn’t lose prime due to off-gassing solutions.
