Econ Stennicator Meter System

Single System

Dual System

The Econ Stennicator Meter System is pre-assembled with the Econ Stennicator pump and water meter mounted on heavy duty panel.

The Econ Stennicator is Stenner’s medicator for injection at the fixed ratio of 1:128. The pump runs on electricity and is activated by a dry contact, pulsing water meter

Traditional medicators and proportioners are typically hampered by poor water quality or the water bypass that can restrict water flow. In addition, some aggressive solutions attack the internal working parts of the water driven pump.

The Stennicator does not restrict flow, the pump injects at the 1:128 ratio straight into the water line. The chemicals injected are contained in the peristaltic pump tube and the suction and discharge lines and do not touch the moving parts in the pump. Like all Stenner peristaltic metering pumps, the Stennicator is self-priming with no loss of prime due to gaseous solutions.

If using a house controller, the pump’s internal relay repeats the water meter signal to the house controller so water consumption continues to register.

The system water meter is available in 3/4″ or 1″ with pulse rates of 1 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter. The single system is best for water flow rates up to 2.7 gallons per minute (162 gallons per hour). The dual system includes two pumps to keep up with water flow rates up to 5.4 gallons per minute (325 gallons per hour).

Notice: The information within the charts above is solely intended for use as a guide. The output data is an approximation based on pumping water under a controlled testing environment. Many variables can affect the output of the pump. Stenner Pump Company recommends that all metering pumps undergo field calibration by means of analytical testing to confirm their outputs
