Econ LD Series

Accurate low volume injection in compact peristaltic pump

Highlights

  • 50:1 turndown
  • Enclosed housing
  • Tube replacement without tools
  • Tank System available

Precise Low Volume Injection

The Econ LD is a precise, compact, variable speed, peristaltic pump designed for reliably metering low volume amounts. The quiet, long lasting brushless motor, in a totally enclosed housing, offers premium quality at an economical price. The LD series is adjustable with a potentiometer to control outputs with a 50:1 turndown.  The outputs range from 0.04 to 50.7 ounces per hour, with pressures to 80 psi (1.3 to 1499.4 ml/hr, pressures to 5.5 bar). The pump is also offered in 24VDC for installations where standard voltage is unavailable.

Ideal for pumping flocculants, coagulants, sanitizers, and a variety of solutions. Markets and applications include but are not limited to injecting anti-scalants for reverse osmosis systems, flocculants for pools as a filter aid, reagents for specialty applications or additives for industrial processing.

NOTICE: The information within the charts above is solely intended for use as a guide. The output data is an approximation based on pumping water under a controlled testing environment. Many variables can affect the output of the pump. Stenner Pump Company recommends that all metering pumps undergo field calibration by means of analytical testing to confirm their outputs
