If looking for a flow activated metering system for light duty water well applications, the Econ FP Meter System may be the answer. Treating water proportionally to the system flow rate is often a preferred method for disinfection, pH control, oxidation and more.

The Econ FP Meter System includes the Econ FP pump and a dry contact water meter. The system is shipped from the factory with the components pre-mounted on a heavy duty wall mountable panel. The 3/4″ or 1″ plastic water meter is offered as 1, 2, 4 or 10 pulses per gallon and is certified with IAPMO to ANSI/NSF 372, low lead.

Additional features include a junction box for organized wires and a flow indicator for verifying the solution is pumping. Like all Stenner peristaltic metering pumps the Econ FP is self-priming with no loss of prime due to gaseous solutions.

When installing the Econ FP Meter System; select the mode displayed as SECONDS on the digital control pad. The pump accepts a dry contact signal from the water meter and the pump runs for a set amount of time for each signal received.

There are five operating time ranges displayed, the maximum pump operating time is adjustable from 10% to 100%.
1 SECOND = 0.1 to 1.0
5 SECONDS = 0.5 to 5.0
10 SECONDS = 1.0 to 10.0
20 SECONDS = 2.0 to 20.0
60 SECONDS = 6.0 to 60.0
