Stenner pumps provide accurate injection of solutions to prevent corrosion and the formation of scale on plumbing pipes and fixtures in a water supply.
Corrosion damage to pipes can lead to leaks and the formation of scale on the inside which reduces the area available to carry water. Injection of polyphosphates as an anti-scalant is a popular solution for corrosion control. Polyphosphate can be used full strength or diluted with soft water to make a solution of suitable strength for desired residual.
The S Series offers scalable, invertible 4-20mA, Pulse, PPM Feed, Timer functions and Hall Effect operational modes that interface with process control systems. Program up to three output relays in response to condition such a tube leak, motor drive fault, process alarms, or transfer operation to a backup pump. The tube's life expectancy can be programmed to initiate a tube change indicator on the operating display when the set time is reached.
Select from several models and systems that provide a broad range of outputs to treat from a small domestic application to large institutional and small municipal systems.

-
The Classic series single head adjustable pump can inject directly into the water line and activated by a pressure switch or controller.
- The S Series is designed to interface with process control and SCADA systems. The pump is built to NEMA 4X for demanding applications with practical functions for industrial, water and wastewater installations.
-
The Econ FP Series is a flow activated pump and can accept a dry contact signal or a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal from any control equipment that responds to flow.
The Econ LD can be used for feeding concentrated solutions for pre-treatment of commercial/industrial RO units. The outputs range from 0.04 to 8.1 ounces per hour with a 50:1 turndown and pressures to 80 psi.
The Classic single head and Econ FP pumps are available as Tank Systems that are pre-assembled with a pump and tank for fast installations.
If a pump control circuit is unavailable or impractical, the Proportional Injection System mounts to the wall for timely installations and equipment accessibility. The system is activated by a dry contact water meter for repeatable dosages based on water volume regardless of the system’s flow rate.
A proportional feed installation can be tailored to your specific application by purchasing separately, the PCM, plastic or stainless steel water meter and the Classic series single head fixed output pump.
Another option is a variable speed pump from our SVP Series. Select the SVP1 for manual speed control or the SVP4, which accepts a 4-20mA signal to pace the pump.
